TheZynar helps tailors and fashion designers manage clients, measurements, orders, payments, catalogues, AI Studio, and Reels. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, authentication tokens, and verification codes.
- Business data: business profile, catalogue items, client records including measurements, orders, payments, and reels you upload.
- Usage data: device, log, and interaction data to operate and improve the service, including AI Studio prompts and reel views.
- Media: images and videos you upload, stored securely and served via our storage provider.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to provide and maintain TheZynar, authenticate users, process orders and payments, generate AI-assisted outputs, display catalogues and reels you choose to publish, communicate with you, and improve our services.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate TheZynar (hosting, storage, email, AI inference), or when required by law, or with your consent — for example when you share a public catalogue or reel link.
4. Client Data Responsibility
If you store third-party client information (names, measurements, contacts), you are responsible for having appropriate consent to do so and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encrypted passwords, secure cookies, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and keep credentials confidential.
