Welcome to TheZynar. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. TheZynar provides business management tools for tailors and fashion designers, including client records, measurements, orders, payments, catalogue showcase, AI Studio, and Reels.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use TheZynar only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Nigeria and your jurisdiction. You must not upload harmful, infringing, or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including client data, catalogue items, and reels. You grant TheZynar a license to host and display your content as needed to provide the service, including public catalogue and reel feeds where you choose to publish.
4. AI Studio
AI Studio assists with design ideas, invoices, patterns, and business workflows. AI outputs are provided for informational assistance and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content.
5. Payments & Billing
Where paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using TheZynar, you acknowledge that handling.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the platform. You may delete your account at any time; certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheZynar disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
